My name is Pat Zimmerman. I’ve been around building and construction for most of my life. After working for a reputable contractor for many years, I saw an opportunity to help homeowners keep up with basic maintenance and repairs of their homes. Since a home is the largest investment that most people will ever make, it is important to me that homeowners have an easier way to keep their homes well maintained and in good working order.

I realize that many homeowners put off basic repairs and maintenance for a variety of reasons, including:

• Lack of knowledge and ability to correctly fix the problem

• Not knowing who to trust to do the job correctly and at a fair price

• Lack of time

• Not knowing the problem is as severe as it is (water damage can

especially be destructive)
